Information Summary

Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for daily customer consultations of the company.

Conduct review of customers' application materials and follow up on project progress in a timely manner.

Accept and handle customer inquiries and complaints, make and file relevant records completely, and submit them to the relevant departments for disposal promptly.

Conduct customer follow-up visits and certification renewal work, and identify customers' new demands.

Job Requirements

College diploma or above, major in Food Science, Agricultural Products, Biology or Chemistry is preferred.

Possess a strong sense of service, excellent communication skills and good teamwork spirit.

Honest and trustworthy, with sound psychological quality; willing to learn and able to work under pressure and adapt to challenges.
