Requirements
Have a clear understanding of relevant requirements in the certification industry and work experience in the field;
Possess sound local social resources, connections and communication skills, with the ability to develop certification business;
Be honest and trustworthy, with a keen market insight and strong sense of responsibility;
Be able to understand certification risks, operate in a standardized manner, reject opportunistic practices and abide by certification rules;
Candidates with mature operation experience of branch companies are preferred; or those with more than 5 auditors (the requirement can be relaxed to 2 at the initial stage of establishment);
Abide by the requirements of certification laws and regulations and comply with the management regulations of the certification institution;
Have quick learning and adaptability, strong business development and customer communication capabilities, as well as a strong result-oriented mindset and team spirit.

Support
Unified brand promotion, operational technical support and guidance from the headquarters;
Recommendation of collaborators and channel partners within the region;
Recommendation for the recruitment of inspectors within the region;
Assistance in the training and regularization of trainee inspectors;
For collaborators with an annual project volume of more than 50 certificates, the headquarters will authorize access to international registered inspector recognition services, as well as provide training on relevant standards, knowledge and skills, and opportunities for exchanges at overseas offices.
